Description:

Used for tiles pressing and forming;
Adopt prestress steel wire wrapping structure for main frame; make the press frame long fatigue life;
Main piston cylinder is fixed on upper crossbeam through circuit board; main piston is rigidly connected with movable crossbeam; when pressing, main piston moves up and down to drive the crossbeam. 
Hydraulic system-----new designed pump station and oil piping;
Electric control system-----adopt SIEMENS 314 PLC;
Main pump-----adopt constant power variable pump for motor long-term safe working and energy saving.
New designed plug-in valve, flow for close reduced; response time shorten from 120ms to 40ms. 
Adopt double circuit cooler for better cooling;
Time and pressure control main cylinder pressing; new pressure control calculation; more flexible, reliable and stable of tiles forming adjustment;
Accumulator is mounted on pressing valve plate; fast fill oil to main cylinder; reduce pressure loss, improve pressing efficiency;
Add oil-gas separator; eliminate oil leakage of ejector and oil tank, improve machine cleanness.
Add accumulator for more stable and reliable pressure of oil filling.
